Do Pacific Islanders like white people?

I know they Like black people because our culture is similar and we share the same stereotypes but do they like white people. In Hawaii whites are picked on for Being white and here in East Palo Alto they laugh at how white people act. I have Samoan, Tongan, and Fijian friends who act as if they were oppressed by white people much like the blacks
