How To Get My Parents Off My Case About Bulking Up When I'm Really Transgendered?

I'm 14 years old and I'm transgendered (born in boy body) and my parents are Always talking about being more manly and bulking up. They don't know that I'm transgendered because they are homophobic and would kick me out if they found out. What could I say to them to make them shut the **** up?
