How to reduce redness and swelling of acne in 24 hours?

Right... Im meeting this girl in about 36 hours and i need somehow reduce the redness and swelling of my acne in that space of time, is there anything i can do to do this? My acne is all across my jawline. I sometimes wear a little bit of make up to cover it up and i know its not the manliest thing a boy could do but it makes me feel better about it, so who cares... i just need someone to tell me a regime of what they do. i use Clearasil's deep pore treatment and their overnight wash, i also have their rapid treatment cream which says it takes 4 hours to reduce size and redness but i dont trust it. i have aloe vera gel and tea tree oil here aswell, i dont know if these help though? so please can someone make a regime type thing for me to do in the next 24 hours? thanks :D
