Minorities and job discrimination?

I applied for a developmental disabled job and i felt i was more than qualified for the position compared to other applicants. For one, I have a bachelor's degree while the others had a high school background. I've taken an C.N.A class and I have a BLS life support certificate. I bet they will discriminate me b/c i'm not white... I'm (asian/pacific islander). Any words of advice u can give me? And all the hiring managers were white and I saw no minorities at that building.
